Hello, my name is Michayla! I have a background in teaching and many years of experience taking care of children. I love traveling and I love working with kids, so being an au pair is a wonderful way to pursue my passions. I’m currently living abroad in Spain as an English teacher and I worked as a school teacher for two years in the United States. I love seeing children’s faces light up when they learn, experience something new, or get excited. My experience with children as a teacher has helped me develop excellent communication skills and a knack for making things fun! I love teaching others through day to day tasks and activities, and using creativity to make learning fun. I’m very adventurous and motivated, I’m willing to help with cooking and cleaning. I’m extremely interested and passionate in health and wellness. I’m always looking for ways to optimize my health. I exercise, cook healthy meals, and live a healthy lifestyle. I never drink or smoke. I’m also very active and love sports. My childhood was full of playing different sports, but I’m also a fast learner and love to pick up new skills. I love the outdoors, hiking, going to the beach, etc. After being an au pair I’m interested in becoming an exercise instructor and nutritionist.
