I have been working in the child care industry for about 10 years . With my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food Service Management , I bring lost of fun culinary crafts to the table . Activities include cupcake decorating , cookie baking , as well as hands on, savory, child safe food preparation. My ongoing community service site is at downstate medical center in the hematology oncology unit where I take part in reading , comforting and simply entertaining sick children in their time of need.
