FULL TIME DUTIES & HOURS listed further below, for General Household work in lovely 3 B/R home, on 540 sq.m property with leafy, well maintained gardens. Comes with your own seperate B/R & C/R.
Driver’s License & experience ideal but not essential.
LOCATED conveniently:
2.4 km to City Center / 10 mins. by tricycle and 5.3 km to SM & Grand Termnal public transport hub / 20 mins. by tricycle.
The two people family household are a senior citizen, one mature adult living there part time. We also have a live-in female, full time Universty student that helps around the house.
Household family’s background is humble & hard-working. Property also comes with added security protection and lots of comic relief via their 3 beloved, very well kept, free-range outdoor dogs: Eve (Mom), Corona & Covid.
Approx. HOURS of work:
MON-SAT 6:00-9:30 AM, 10AM-12PM, 2-6 PM
SUN 7-12 PM
Every 1st Mondays of the month OFF, plus rostered DAY OFF per month and holidays during Christmas/NY and Holy Week.
AFTER 1 YEAR of continuous employment, RECEIVE end of year/Christmas BONUS. For every continuous year employed, receive performance based annual salary increase.
DUTIES (self directed/regulated):
- General house CLEANING (eg. sweep floor, fortnightly dust, monthly mop, etc.)
- COOKING (assist in planning & prep of SIMPLE MEALS 2-3 per week)
- GARDENING (eg. sweep leaves in morning, water on need to basis)
- LAUNDRY (1-2 times per month)
- MISCELLANEOUS: run errands in town, sweep driveways, light weeding, general outdoor cleaning.
