2) Has had experience of living abroad as this makes everything easier here.
3)speaks potentially fluent English.
4)who has a sense of initiative, very proactive.
5) who cares and respects her employers as a family
6) Very honest, direct, very flexible, patient and humble. I wrote the values that I appreciated in people I hired and still have around me.
7) who has very high family values.
8) who can cook and surprise us :-) and loves to also try international food.
9) who is willing to learn and grow with us to spend many years with our family. So not short term job!
10) who can keep up with VIP visits with discrete attitude and secrecy. Crucial!
11) Potentially, you could bring your partner to take care of our garden and be a driver when needed.extra support! But driver must have International licence.
12) Who can travel with us on Holiday.
13) Joyful and happy by nature. I don't do well with moody people around me.
14) have had experience with kids. can read to them, play with them, bathe them, teach them new things and cultures. So being fluent in English and beautiful manners is really important.

I want this person to be family, a sister, a mother, a friend!! I love my home and adore my family, and I am very sensitive and intuitive person.
I am quite present at home when I am not traveling for my job. I work from my home office. So it is crucial for me to hire a nice "angel" a person who could actually help me where I can't get my self. who would refer to me as a team-mate. who would look at my twins as their own or younger brothers.

I am not bossy and I don't like to feel tension and fear at home as this is home.
