My task as a house keeping was *maintain the cleanliness of the office, pantry/kitchen, bathroom/comfort rooms and also hallways,
*reporting all necessary incidents happened
*Cleaning windows and also mirror glass door
*refilling supplies like tissues, handsoap and alcohol in comfort room area
*refilling supplies in pantry area like sugar, coffee and all stuff if necessary
*cleaning fridge, microwave and oven
*cleaning all the dishes/dirt in kitchen area
*watering indoor plants and remove dead plants
*vacuuming carpets weekly
*sanitized tables and stuff
*mopping floors
*wiping tables and chairs
*wiping furniture and display stuff like the products of the company
*vacuuming couches if necessary
*dusting and walling
*Cleaning urinals and maintain the fresh smell
*laundry the pillow cover if necessary
*checking the supplies and order if needed
*follow up and check if everything is good in my area.
*polishing comfort room
*collecting garbage when it's needed(around 5pm due to time collection)
I can take care of your kids/baby's as well,I have experience of taking care of the babies because I'm also a singlemom, I raised my 2 kids alone,
*preparing breakfast and feed
*preparing to go to school and all
the stuff
*going to school and picking up everyday
* when kids at school, Im cooking for lunch and do some things liks laundry and other cleaning stuff
*at house, checking their homework, teaching them a little like reading and making story teller and play with them
*have a walk in the morning and afternoon
*preparing dinner and feed them
*clean the dishes at kitchen
*clean them before go to bed
Now, I'm working as a security job to support our needs and their studies.
My security guard task and responsibilities are:
*cleaning reception area
*greet visitors/employees (customer service)
*answering telephone calls
*answering queries of employees/clients
*preparing employees request like office supplies as anything but they need to send an email to admin first
*encoding
*preparing and releasing gate passes and working permits
*checking bags first before enter the premises
*receiving mails, and documents and forward to authorize personnel
*receiving and checking deliveries
*assist employees if needed
*roving my area and maintaining the safe and secure environment
*checking ac error and busted lights hourly
*reporting all the necessary stuff to officer in charge
*assisting contractor and visitor if needed
*filling documents
*assisting clients (like asking for it or housekeeping)
*continues monitoring my area
