I’m Hana 27 years old a Single mom of 1, I’m a college under graduate, i took a course of associate in computer technology. i had work as a customer service representative in a BPO industry for almost 4 years, 2 years as a house keeper and currently working now in malaysia as house keeper/ office staff. But my main duties in my current job is office works.

as a House Keeper my main jobs are as follows.
- Sweeping floor
- Floor Mooping, Wiping Windows, Laundry, Cooking, Washing dishes, throwing garbage, Organizing things, cleaning the toilet, Washing Dishes, Ironing, Bed settings, Doing Groceries,
Car washing,collecting emails.

And as an Office staff in an Agency company my Scoop of jobs are:

Setting appointments for Employers maid/maids

Gathering needed Documents from
Employers.

Making authorization letters.

Sending And receiving emails from clients.

Making salary schedules for maids.

Teaching Maids to do house works.


* And as a customer service representative my scoop jobs are:

Taking incoming calls from customers, Helping them with their concerns like, the disputes, refunds helping them booking a flight ticket and processing the payments.


I’m willing and open for more learnings and challenges. I’m a hardworking Mom with 6 Siblings with out Parents. And i believe that working in other countries will be a great opportunity to help my family.
