Weekdays for 2-3 hours in the afternoon Take kids outside for adventures outside, take them to the pool, the playground, feed them snacks, play with them. They are both very active and have different special needs. They both love music and have different Autism profiles. The 3 year old still uses pull-ups, loves music, playing with cars, building, learning, playing and is learning to swim. The 6 year old loves Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, music, dancing, laughing, playing games and fighting and has PDA profile of autism, this means they need autonomy and not to be forced. We are looking for someone who can bring more mindfulness and calm, who is a hardcore fun playing outdoor person and who understands melt downs and high emotions with compassion. Mostly just play with them and feed them snacks and water and explore the world with them so mom and dad can get some work done.

In addition to the days once the children are comfortable we would like one night of 3-4 hours a week for mom and dad to go out for a date while kiddos stay home with you.

We are looking for someone who can play with them outside 2-4 hours a day mon-fri and teach them some outdoor/life skills. The 3 year old often screams and screams when they are upset and vocal stims as well. They are both learning to express and communicate emotions. They both love art and music. We allow screens but for the babysitting time we would prefer no screens. We live in an apartment for the time being and it has a playground and pool and is in walking distance from La Sabana. Would appreciate someone who is energetic, easy going, and who is always focused on the safety of our two children. The 3 year old is a flight risk/runner and the 6 year old can struggle with challenges of autonomy. We use collaborative and non-coercive parenting and want our children to feel safe and heard.
