Job Description
I am a single parent with three wonderful children (ages 9, 12, and 15) who attend school during the day, and we also share our home with friendly dogs. Due to my professional commitments, I occasionally travel for work, which can require me to be away for 1 to 4 nights at a time.
I am looking for a responsible, caring, and trustworthy person who can:
• Option 1 – Full-Time Live-In: You would live with us and be part of our household on a daily basis. In addition to childcare, you would help with light housekeeping and daily routines.
• Option 2 – Live-In Only During My Travel: You would stay overnight in the home whenever I am away, ensuring the children and pets are cared for.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare light evening meals for the children.
• Provide attentive care for my children, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and engaged.
• Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, keeping common areas clean).
• Care for our dogs (feeding, short walks, general attention).
• School pickups — our school is within walking or biking distance, so being able to cycle is ideal.
• Oversee homework time and evening routines when I’m away.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced in childcare for school-aged children.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Responsible, warm, and adaptable.
• Able to ride a bicycle (preferred, not mandatory).
• Flexible to either live with us full-time or stay overnight during my business trips.
