I've had first hand experience in working with children ages 5-8, after volunteering at a Rainbows group over the course of a year. During this time I undertook many responsibilities which includes, and not limited to, organising games and activities with the younger children, and taking care of them on trips out.
I would say I am approachable and always aim to make a positive impression on anyone I work with.
