Being the second born in a family of five children, whereby the age gap between me and my siblings is very big and being an older sister while my older sister wasn't there growing up, you are always looked at and expected to be a role modelto all the younger kids. I have helped out taking care of my sisters, cousins and neighbours children when they wanted help.
I have learnt to be very responsible and gentle during this process, and I noticed a lot of kids are just drawn to my bubbly personality. In my three years in the working environment I have worked with children of age 0 to adolescents and even young adults, while in collegeas my per time job on weekends and evening after my classes from helping out with feeding the babies to helping out with there homeworks, taking them out to the park and making sure they have fun and getting back home safely and making sure they take a bath/shower before dinner.
Hence I can say I can comfortably say I'm good with children and they are adorable.

Furthermore, my experience as a babysitter has enhanced my patience and understanding. I have learned to navigate through various situations and handle conflicts with diplomacy and maturity. I understand that every child is unique and may require different approaches in terms of discipline, care, and entertainment. With my patience, I can adapt to each child's personality and needs, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and safe in my presence.

Moreover, growing up with my siblings has given me plenty of opportunities to develop my creativity and resourcefulness. I have learned to come up with innovative ways to keep them engaged, entertained, and stimulated. Whether it be organizing educational games or encouraging their artistic pursuits, I believe in fostering a well-rounded environment that promotes their growth and development.
