Hello! I’m Lucie, and I’m thrilled at the opportunity to be your next babysitter!
I’ve managed a variety of responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, tutoring, and plenty of engaging playtime. I’ve also worked with children with special needs, and I appreciate the importance of fostering independence in their care.
I’m fluent in both English and French (respectively C1 and native level) and am currently working on my German, along with learning some Spanish and Chinese. I would love to assist with homework for children up to the age of 14-15, covering almost any subject. (Just a note that I shy away from scientific topics for older kids! hahaha!)
My approach is nurturing and structured, and I enjoy being playful and engaging, especially when I share interests with the children. I’m comfortable with light household chores, but I prefer clear expectations rather than vague phrases like “just helping around the house.” A specific list of daily or weekly tasks helps me stay organized and focused.
I’m looking for a longer commitment of 10-24 months to build a meaningful relationship with your family.
I am also open to pursuing formal childcare training if the family is willing to support me in that endeavor. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute positively to your household while enjoying this rewarding experience together!
