I'm a Pedagog - Nanny and governess/teacher/housekeeper.
Pedagog, composer and singer.

MY METHODS:
Help educate children, but most of my own methods, inspired by the pedagogy:
- Montessori
- Reiner
- Suzuki
- J.Korczak
- M.Lopatkowa
- and T.Hogg
- "Attachment parenting"
- "conditional" and "unconditional"
- and others
I'm a very warm and consistent at the same time.

INTERNAL MOTIVATION AND RELATIONSHIP WITH PARENTS:
I build the child's internal motivation and strong relationship with theirs parents.

"DISTANCE", TREATMENT KIDS:
I believe that in this work is NO place for "distance". Well, I take care about child as about my OWN.

I'm a joyful person but a realist. Respect child, treat it more as a partner than a "subordinate", but also demand respect for me and for parents.

MY REALTIONSHIP WITH KIDS:
I am an old-fashioned, conservative Nanny, Governess.
Please note that I prefer to be called: "Auntie", "Mrs. Kasia" or "Nanny". In my country, Poland, well-educated children call theirs nannies, governesses or teachers just like this.
This allows us to keep the right relationships: the child doesn't need a "35-year-old friend", but the feel of security from the "adult". On the other hand, I need to receive respect from the child, as an authority who I am, as an mature, wise woman.

MY RELATION WITH PARENTS:
I prefer full cooperation with Family in the sphere of educational methods, the plan of day, menu, etc.
"FATHER":
I'm an "advocate" of equal participation in child education both parents: father and mother, do NOT put father aside.

WHAT I THINK ABOUT RELATION BETWEEN CHILD AND PARENTS:
I prefer traditional education, based on the respect child to parents. I'm not a fan of Nannies, but at the same time, I always say: " Happy parents are relaxed, fulfilled parents". Fulfilled in all roles: parents, wife/ husband, lover, friend, daughter/ son, etc, to make relationship with partner, have their own hobbies, friends, professional work on limited hours, theirs money and pleasures. I demand from parents to know how to discipline theirs child, and if they have problems with this - keep with me a common front and some rules. I always say that my role is not to raise a child and to discipline or punish them. Is the responsibility of the parents. I can only help them :)

I'm interested a job as a Nanny / Governess but also can be with elements of domestic -help. I like tidiness.

I'm seeking job with English, my level - comunicative. I would to learn fastly higher level of english, also teach kids simply, communicative english.

I'll be so happy to could live and work in Norway.
Actually, my lovely polish boyfriend is working on Norway, has a legal, long-time job in Oslo.
Well, as a "loving" person I don't imagine live far away of him :)

My experience is bigger than Au-pair, that's why expected weekly salary as a great, high-educated, experienced Nanny is about:
from 2500 NOK/350$ per week, live-in. From 3500 NOK/ 400$ per week, live-out.
1 hour - from 100 NOK
Depends of obligations, numbers of kids etc.
I'll be happy to live or work with warm, wise Family.

Pedagog, "Nanny": 4 months - 15 years old children and teenagers, instructor in theater and rhythm. Governess (music, english, others) etc.
5 kids short-term and 3 long-time position:
A boy (Antoni), 5 months to 2 y.o. - a child with difficulties. Poland, 2012-2013.
A boy (Michael), 9 months to 15 months. Portugal, 2010-2011.
A Girl (Amelia),9 months to 18 months. Poland, 2008-2009.
As a Governess:
A girl (Meggy),4 y.o. About 10 months home-aducation
As a teacher:
Nursery and Montessori kindergarten: children 2-4 y.o.
Teacher of music, theatre, animator: kids 3-14 y.o.

BENEFITS OF TO BE A NANNY:
Pleasure.
Valuable experience.
Working with kids and their parents taught me to control stress and to be honesty, talk and also to be confidence, assertiveness.
To be a Nanny/Governess learned me to perform multiple tasks at the same time, carefully and thoroughly -on pressure of time.
Also, to make important decisions, and discretion -with access to a private life and family property. In this work, I had to follow the strict rules to clean the flat and take care about my own personal hygiene. As a person of high personal culture, sense of aesthetics- I understand it well. I like cleaness.
