Hi, I am from Philippines. I have been babysitting my nephew and my niece for the last 3 years. I used to not be the most patient person, but eversince my younger sister gave birth to these adorable kids, I had to play the role of being a good Aunt and so far I have been doing good. I just come to terms that they are toddlers- all feet, no brain. So instead of being angry if they do things that most adult referred as "stupid", I just deal with them with more compassion because they are toddlers. They don't have the capacity to understand my point yet.And also I have learned so much about boundaries. Of teaching them about boundaries and respecting their boundaries even if they're just little kids. I will not force affection to any kids or make them do things that they are not comfortable. I grew up in a family where we were never taught about having some healthy boundaries.I am also an honest, trustworthy person. Thank you.
