I have always hang out with kids since when I was 20, starting as a fitness coach for children with ADHD.
Not only we have fun together, also being a coach I am can easily lead as example for them and teach them amazing tools for them to learn quickly and never get bored. I have ADHD myself and had to learn how to focus and be productive and now my mission is to coach and inspire any kid to be the best they can and love themselves for who they are since the young age, where their personalities is formed!
