Introduction
I grew up in a village with many relatives. Ever since I was in elementary school, I’ve been used to taking care of my cousins who were still toddlers. Because my parents were so busy, I gained experience taking care of my younger sibling from infancy. Many of my relatives dropped out of school, but I was one of the high achievers; therefore, I also have experience mentoring and teaching my younger cousins. I have a decent command of English and a big dream of working or studying abroad, but due to financial constraints, I have been unable to pursue that dream. That is why I have chosen the au pair program. With my diverse experience with children and my English skills, I feel that I meet the qualifications and am ready for this program.
