Family's Introduction to Au Pair
Nous sommes une famille française vivant en Suisse avec deux enfants (un garçon de 2 ans et une fille de 4 ans) et nous vivons dans le canton de Vaud mais tout près de Genève (15 minutes).

Hello!
we are looking for an au pair starting in Oct/Nov 2023 for at least one school year. Therefore until early July.
We are a French family living in Switzerland with two kids (a boy, 2 years and a girl, 4 years) and we live in canton de Vaud but very close to Geneva.
REQUIREMENTS :
- English speaker (the aupair will only speak in English to the kids - level B2 minimum).
- EU citizenship MANDATORY due to the Swiss law
- Valid driving license for Switzerland
- 30/35 hours work per week
- Job for at least 1 school year
- A previous experience with kids and toddlers
MISSIONS:
- take care of the kids: getting ready in the morning, dropping off/picking look up from daycare/school, sports/music, dinner/bath, preparing their meals and feeding them
- Some house work (kids laundry and ironing, tidying and cleaning their areas) plus of course cleaning your area in the house. Help for cooking and cleaning the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, dynamic, creative and patient with the kids.
Our son will go every Monday & Tuesdays full day and on Thursdays afternoons to the kindergarten (daycare).
Our daughter every day to school but in reception it’s not complete days (Mondays Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday 8:00-15:00 and Wednesday 8:00-14:00.
When the kids are not in school/kindergarten the aupair will take care of them :-).
WE OFFER:
- A nice environment in canton de Vaud next to Geneva.
- Your own space in the house
- The meals
- A car to drive the kids
- An allocation (in our area it is about 600 chf monthly for 30 hours and 4 weeks paid vacations. We will need around 35 hours. Therefore we will offer 6 weeks paid vacations)
- We pay for French or English classes in a school. Once a week
- The option to enjoy the mountains and to ski during the winter season
- First aid training if necessary
- Week-end free plus 1 day off in the week
