Family's Introduction to Au Pair
Hi,
We're a family of four. Two kids (15 and 17), my wife and myself. We live in a small and quiet place in the middle of Norway.
We live on a farm with sheeps and cows, and we also run a little cafe/motel.
Since I'm working on the farm most of the time and my wife is a nurse, we need help cooking, cleaning and buying groceries.
Also some tasks at the tavern like delivery, making food and purchasing raw materials, and maybe some help on farm when needed.
You'll have a separate apartment and a disposable car which is included in the salary (which is about €1000/month).
Work hours can be very flexible but approximately 6-8 hours per day.
Our cafe/tavern is normally closed in the wintertime, but we'll try to have it open this winter. So some help will be needed there as well.
It's a very quiet but beautiful place. There is loads of opportunities for hiking and mountain climbing/ walks on the mountain as well as sailing,
boat rides and fishing and other natural activities.
The nearest city is Bodø which is about a 2,5 hours ferry ride away.
We would like for you to start as soon as possible.
And remember that if you don't like it here, there is no obligation to stay.
