The Parents: We both work from home in our dedicated home offices during the day. Because we have a busy daytime schedule, getting a good night's rest is incredibly important to us!
Big Sister: , who is 5 years old. She goes to school during the day, is very excited about her new sibling, and will be fast asleep in her own room during your shifts.
Our Newborn: will be joining us in July

Job Description
Your primary focus will be managing our newborn’s overnight care so that we can rest and be ready for work and school the next day. Your main responsibilities will include:
Overnight Feeding: Managing nighttime feedings (bringing the baby to Mom for nursing, or fully handling formula/pumped bottle feedings).
Sleep Routine: Soothing the baby back to sleep, tracking sleep patterns, and gently implementing healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits.
Nursery & Bottle Care: Changing diapers as needed, washing and sterilizing bottles/pump parts used during the night, and keeping the nursery tidy.
Morning Handover: Giving us a brief update in the morning on how the night went before we start our workday and school run.
