Family's Introduction to Au Pair

We are a family of five, plus our four-legged friends: a dog and ponies..
We are living in the beautiful Belgian countryside. Sybille, the mom, is a professional horse rider, and Harold, the dad, manages our property.
Our three children are Gaia 9, Iris 7, and Sasha 1.
Gaia and Iris attend a Steiner-type school, which encourages creativity, independence, and connection with nature. And Sasha goes to an alternative nursery one morning per week.
Gaia is adventurous, independent, and wonderfully curious. She loves exploring outdoors, getting her hands in the dirt, and coming up with her own ideas and stories.
Iris is kind, playful, and very social; she is eager to learn, loves cuddles, and enjoys trying new activities. even if they don’t always work the first time.
Sasha, our youngest, is a joyful, easy-going little boy, always curious and full of energy, enjoying the warmth and attention of family life.
They are curious, active and imaginative, and we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys sharing time with them, supporting routines, play and everyday learning, especially outdoors.
We live in a renovated cottage surrounded by forests, fields, and rivers, with a horse stable and a big garden. Our lifestyle is nature-focused, active, and full of creativity. We are looking for someone independent, friendly, and nature-loving to join us full-time as a nanny or au pair, ideally for a year or more to join our beautiful-mess.
