• Work Schedule – in the first six months their will be NO SET SCHEDULE
o We feel that it is important for everyone to acclimate to the new environment and situation in order to determine a useful schedule
o Weekly schedule will be determined at the beginning of each week
o Your weekly work schedule will not exceed 45 hours
o If your schedule exceeds 45 hours, we will pay overtime
• Work detail – we have (2) children that our Au Pair will help with
o Milana – she is our 4-year-old daughter
? She goes to school all day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
? Your time with her will consist of:
• Arts and crafts
• Painting and drawing
• Children’s mental and physical Games
• Sports
• Outdoor activities
• Teaching your native language
o Bella – she will be born in January 2023
? Your time with her will be directed by mother
? It will include providing mother breaks during the day
? Helping mom in the evenings with sleep schedule
• Compensation
o Your weekly pay will be $300 or $1,200 a month
o We will provide (4) rideshare rides per week (Uber or Lyft)
• Housing
o Our home is in a very nice guard gated community
o Our home is very large and nice to include
? 4500 Sq Ft living area
? 5 bedrooms
? 5 bathrooms
? Large kitchen and living areas
? Nice yards with room to play
? Swimming pool and jacuzzi
• Room
o You will have your own furnished bedroom to include a TV
o Your bed has a quality mattress for comfort and support
o You will have your own bathroom that is joined to the bedroom
• Board
o As part of our family, you will have 100% access to the kitchen
o You are welcome to bring in food and drink as you wish
o We will include your specific food request in our weekly grocery shopping expense
