Welcome to our family.
We have 6 children whom I teach at home. I need help balancing the babies and the older children's educations.
Some of my kids need extra help, and I have not been able to give it to them. I think you can help me have more time to focus on their education.
I am very interested in language and culture, so I am looking for someone who can share that with us.
We are not fancy people.
We enjoy roller skating, hiking, swimming, and art.
We live in Alabama, USA, but my husband travels for work, so you will be travelling with us and seeing lots of different parts of the USA. We will try to keep to the schedule when travelling, homeschooling in the mornings, and you will have after 2 pm free. We enjoy getting out and seeing new things in the afternoons as a family when we are travelling. You would be welcome to tag along or stay home and rest.

Schedule:
Time Task
8:00–9:00 Housekeeping
9:00–10:00 Supervise 2 and 4 year old, language immersion activities
10:00–11:00 Continue supervising babies / language immersion while older kids do school rotations
11:00–12:00 Prep / Break
12:00–1:00 Language & Cultural Block: cooking and lunch with the kids, integrate language naturally
1:00–2:00 Language & Cultural Block: arts, crafts, music, outside play, teach language naturally through all activities.
At the moment, my kids go to am exercise class 1 day a week from 1-2, so on that day, you would take them, and would be off by about 2:20, when you get back home.
I would also like 1 baby sitting night a week. Saturday and Sunday you do not have to work, but if you are lonely, you can spend time with us.
If you have hobbies you would like to share we would be happy to learn.
Duties:
Helping me homeschool children by entertaining the 2 and 4 year old while I teach the older children or teaching the older children while I play with the babies.
Helping Tutor children if you can.
Driving older kids to pool and swimming with them.
Occasionally babysitting the children while I go out.
Speaking your native language with me and the kids so we can learn.
Teaching us about your country.
Cooking lunch from your country.
Cleaning 1 hour/day.
If you can do arts, crafts or music, that is beneficial, but not required.
