Our family is looking for an au pair who is warm, patient, and confident caring for both an infant and school-age children. The primary responsibility will be caring for our baby during the day, including feeding, diapering, maintaining a consistent nap routine, engaging in age-appropriate play, and supporting developmental milestones. In the afternoons, the role includes helping with after-school routines for our older children, such as light tutoring, supervising play, and assisting with simple tasks like organizing backpacks or preparing snacks.

Household responsibilities are limited to tasks related to the children, such as children’s laundry, tidying play areas, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and keeping shared spaces clean and organized. We keep expectations clear and manageable so our au pair can focus on the children and their routines.
