Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Luthfi I am familiar with early stage education, especially the Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods. I have four years of experience as a teacher in Montessori and Russian schools. I love to invest in knowledge and am currently enrolled in Montessori Diploma program, Chinese language course, and Russian language course.
I am used to working with 1–10-year-old children to discover individual development such as sensory skills, motor skills, social science, etc. I am passionate about empowering children's curiosity with their own unique potential.
My teaching style is interactive and hands-on, with a fun and engaging learning environment. For example, I explore different kinds of kitchen utensils to learn about sound and music, scavenger hunts to learn about ocean ecosystems, learn math with the shell that I collected with the child, make book recommendations, have cooking experiences, etc. I love to empower self-development skills in children (e.g., self-awareness, boundaries, mindfulness, etc.) to improve their personal growth, understanding, and problem-solving skills.
Organizations are also within my capability, such as daily chores, toys book maintenance and rotation, as well as introducing the child to being mindful of cleanliness. As I work with the children, I believe that I can build and maintain a strong routine to build a strong character for them.
My ideal working days include movement, learning, crafting, and more.I have a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet family goals, and I am looking forward to working with the family.
