Hi there, family!

My name is Olivia, I'm 24 years old. Originally from Madagascar, the world's fifth-largest island, I now reside in Switzerland, a country I fell in love with for its majestic mountains and crystal-clear lakes. Currently, I'm pursuing my master's degree in Systems and Digital Services at the University of Geneva, a vibrant city where technology and innovation meet tradition and charm.

Though I'm far from my homeland, my Malagasy roots remain strong within me. I still aspire to explore the world and share the cultural richness of my country with those dear to me. Alongside my studies, I've developed a passion for discovering new cultures, and I'm eager to immerse myself in enriching experiences.

Back in Madagascar, I had the opportunity to live with my older sister, her husband, and their two-year-old son, which helped me develop strong childcare skills and manage their daily routines. I'm also an active, creative, and very sociable person. My friends often say I'm a bit talkative, but I prefer to think of myself as passionate about exchanges and connections.

I obtained my driver's license in March 2023, and I feel comfortable behind the wheel, although I would appreciate some additional training sessions to refine my skills.

I'm fluent in French, and I have basic knowledge of English that I'm eager to improve during my au pair experience. To me, being an au pair represents a fantastic opportunity to combine my love for children, my desire to improve my English, and my insatiable curiosity for new cultures.
