Dear Host Family,
My name is Jean de Dieu, and I am from Rwanda. I am a friendly, responsible, and caring person who enjoys spending time with children and helping them learn and grow in a safe and positive environment.
I have experience caring for children of different ages, helping with daily routines such as preparing meals, assisting with dressing, supervising playtime, helping with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of patience, kindness, and good communication when working with children.
I enjoy engaging children in educational and fun activities such as reading stories, drawing, singing songs, playing games, outdoor activities, and helping them develop new skills. I believe that every child deserves encouragement, attention, and a supportive environment where they can feel happy and confident.
In addition to childcare, I am organized, reliable, and willing to assist with light household tasks related to the children. I am also eager to learn about your culture, share my own culture with your family, and become a positive member of your household.
I am currently a university student studying Languages and Education, which has strengthened my communication skills and my ability to work with people from different backgrounds. I speak Kinyarwanda, English, French, and Kiswahili.
