Dear host family
My name is Aleksandra, I’m 23 years old and I am from Poland. I used to live in a town in the suburbs of Warsaw, the capital city. I’ve just graduated from university, where I studied cosmetology and currently I’m staying in Canary Islands, Lanzarote doing my Erasmus internship in spa. I would like to become an au pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. I am prepared and aware of the fact that being like a big sister of your children comes along with responsibilities but my experience will help me to manage. When I was a teenager I used to be a scout and the leader of the group. I was taking care of kids (mostly girls) at the age 6-12. I was involved in organising camps and trips for them. Additionally, I’m a qualified tutor at camps for children. I’ve passed test and got a certificate which enable me to be responsible for the groups. What is more, during last three years I was providing private lessons and helping kids with homework in my hometown. With years of my experience I am confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution to your family. Aside from my passion for child care, I have high level of English (Cambridge certificate) so I am able to help your children with language studies.
