Hej! I'm a 27-year old female from the Philippines. I've been working as a freelance professional digital illustrator for five years now, working for international businesses, companies and other projects. I graduated BS in Development Communication, then a Teacher's Cert. Program for children's education, and finished 2 levels of Japanese Language education. In college, I was a cultural ambassador to Japan, and my college's debate team captain, and overall university debate champion debater.
I also worked two years in English education as an English teacher. I passed the IELTS(2019) exam with a score of 8, that's equal to C1 level in Englush. This year, I'll be taking my TESOL classes as well as Spanish level 1 class. I'm incredibly motivated, being a single-business owner, as well as educated in the fields of media production, marketing, children's education popularity as a digital illustrator, I also have a network of colleagues, friends, and a significant audience in Scandinavia- particularly in Sweden. I went to Sweden for the first time last October 2022 and spent time with my Swedish friends. I fell in love with Sweden and am looking for opportunities to live and work there! I see Au Pair as a great way to live and work in Scandinavia, while also growing my experience in the field of child care and education. I've already started to learn Swedish, and living there would help me further improve my Swedish language ability.
I'm no stranger to caring for children. I tutored an 11 year old student for one year(2016). Then became an English Teacher to various East-Asian students, teaching children ages 7-10. I'm a bit of a homebody as well, I keep my living space clean, tidy up after myself, and overall an efficient person. I'm also a creative person, too! I've built a career in art, illustrating professionally for five years, even building a considerable audience online. I'm resilient, a quick-learner, a dedicated professional, and generally, just an easy going person.
