Being able to focus my attention for the children, it was the greatest honor to serve the children as their child care service, I have to manage two kids in their home as their parents goes to work, I explore my sense of time management and my sense of judgement and decision making as the parents of the kids rely on me to take good care of their children while they are gone.
So to start up my experience I had a bit of hard time managing the kids because I need to let them trust me and to know they can rely on me with anything and at the same time I need to discipline them and to let their safety my own priority. I have to fix them and let them go to school after that I need to do my own chores because after three hours the kids comes back from school then they will be my priority to feed them and to organized their activities and do their home works and projects given by the teacher.
After we had lunch homework starts and then nap time, I have to let them go play so they will have a bit of outdoor feeling and exercise, after they need to have a bath and then dinner, their parents come back and I am finish for the day.
My personal experience as a woman, kids are amazing and I gained more knowledge and positivity. I like how they express their feelings, how they think and they are creative. Working with kids made me a better person and it was a great inspiration to be better.
