Yes, you read it right my future Host Family.Let me introduce myself. I’m Leony , 24 , Single, currently living in the Philippines, I graduated at Don Honorio Ventura State University, Bacolor Pampanga Philippines year 2018 with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Preschool. I am also a licensed Teacher in the Philippines. Below are my child-care experience.
CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN MY FAMILY:
I have 2 younger siblings aged 16 and 21. 10 years ago I was the one who taking care of them, taking a bath, change their clothes and play with them. We went in school together back and forth. Now, they are grown up they are still seeking me help like doing their assignments especially doing their modules. I am also the one ironing their clothes and prepares for their food.
I am a Full time Auntie, I have one niece, and I was the one who taking care of her because her mom is working. I taught her to read and write. When she was a baby I prepare milk for her, change her clothes, and read a story.
CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE WHEN I WAS COLLEGE:
First Year College: I was assigned to observe 30 pupils ages 4-5 years old. Its two semester it means I observed 60 kids in my first year in college. My responsibility that time is to see what the behaviors of the kids, sometimes there are kids who cry because of the separation anxiety, there are kids also who poo on their pants but as a future teacher what I did is to correct what is right and do something.
Second Year College: I handle pupil’s ages 2-10 years old consists of 28 pupils. This pupils are special they are deaf and mute pupils. I see how this kids interact to each other. I support them on their needs.
Third Year College: I handle 31 pupils’ ages 5-7 years old in a regular class, I prepare lesson for this pupils, I dance and sing for them, taught them 7 subjects, play with them.
Fourth Year College: I handle 35 learners ages 4-5. I am a full time intern wherein I taught children some basic knowledge, I taught them to read and write, clean the room and discipline them. We also have a special event in the school and we participated on that.
CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN MY WORK:
After my graduation, I apply as a Private school in the Philippines.

In this school I handle Kindergarten I 10 pupils and Kindergarten II 22 a total of 32 kindergarten the youngest was 2 years old and the oldest was 7 years old. My responsibility are the following I taught them everyday lessons (7 subjects), I prepare story for them, We pray together, I also prepare games and energizer, We eat and play together that’s a bonding moments to us. I also clean the room and prepare foods for kids.
I have also 8 tutees ages 5 to 9 years old, I taught them to read and write.
I handle also handle grade six pupils ages 10-13 years old, I taught 11 subjects and I taught them basic math and English.
CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN MY COMMUNITY:
We have an organization the purpose of our organization is to help the indigenous kids, I together with my friends climb in the mountain to give foods and play with the kids. We also taught them to read and write.
I am also a coach of Athletics (running, long and high jump) I teach teen’s ages 15-18 years old. On the competition they won the Gold.
