After taking care of my small siblings , cousins from their tender age included and UpTo my Son who is 3 years I have learnt that taking care of children doesn't need a perfectionist but it's a learning process I have learned to be patience with kids this is a top-notch skill,Kids should be encouraged and supported I noticed this helps them develop a positive self esteem and become their best self,I always have compassion to kids they always need to be understood and be comforted,by hugging them builts a strong bond with the children,by spending quality time together builts the bond stronger too,I have always reminded my siblings of their strength which motivated them in life,I also realised that kids needs much attention so undivided attention should be given to them,it is good to ask kids about how Their day was this assures them that you care,and lastly I learned that it is a good thing to always remind kids about how much you love them makes them grow up being loving people
