Introduction
My name is Miriam, and I would describe myself as a caring, compassionate and responsible person who truly enjoys working with children and supporting families. I believe that patience, kindness and understanding are key when caring for children and this are qualities I bring to everything I do.
I've worked as a server in a school, where I gained valuable experience interacting with children of different ages. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and ability to remain calm and positive in busy environment. It also gave me an understanding of how to handle children gently while maintaining structure and respect.
Academically I've studied journalism and caregiving, which together have helped me build both my communication and caregiving skills. My journalism background has improved my ability to express myself clearly and listen attentively, while my caregiver training taught me how to support others physical and emotional needs.
As an aupair my goal is to provide a safe loving and supportive environment for the children in my care. I enjoy helping them learn new things and explore their creativity and grow into confident individuals. I also value cultural exchange and look forward to sharing my own cuture while learning from the host family's way of life.
I would be honoured to become part of a family where I can contribute positively and continue learning and growing through this experience.
