Dear Hostfamily,
I was an aupair in Melboune/Austalia before for 12 months and can provide a good reference from them as well. I had sole cae of 3 girls aged 5,7 and 9 years old and in Sydney I looked after a 10 month old Baby girl.
Here is a little bit more about me:
So my name is Carolin I am 32 years old and I come from Germany from a city called Muenster.
Before I came to Melbourne, I worked in a Childrens suggery as a medical assistant. I helped the doctor when he examine our little patients, I really enjoy working with Children and I am always happy when a Child leave our suggery with a smile on their face:).
My Childcare experiences:
I did a practical training in a kindergarten for one year in 2007 there I helped to care for Children between the age of 2-6 years old. I played games with with them inside and outside, feet the babies and change their nappies, draw pictures with them and had a lot of fun together.
I also go babysitti´ng on the weekends by a family with two two children (6year old girl/2 year old girl).
In my freetime I play table-tennis in a team twice a week, listen to music, meet friends or play football outside with my younger brother (he is 17 years old) an our family dog.
I really enjoy being an Aupair, I see this as a good chance to be part of a another family, learning more about their culture and of course exploring Australia together with your Children.
I would like to be a big sister for your Children, I love I love to play outside with them, maybe going to parks and playgrounds, drawing, painting, baking and everthing little Kids like to do.
I have experiences with laundry, like ironing, of course tidy up, help preparing food for dinner etc.
