I've been a professional part-time nanny for a little over 5 years now. I started babysitting when I was about 13 and realized not only how much I enjoyed being around kids, but how easily and naturally I connected with them. I understand them, and even more than that, I value and respect them. They are someone's whole world, and it's such an honor to be a small part of their lives, even for a brief period of time.

I hope to be able to work with children and their families in some capacity for as long as I can, and even if most of them are too young to remember me when they've grown, just knowing I helped make their entrance into this world a little kinder and a little better will be enough.
