I have received the Early Childhood Education Diploma from St. Clair College of Applied Arts & Technology in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and have over 6 years of hands-on teaching experience working in a variety of Childcare Centres in my area. I have had the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society, including students with special needs and disabilities. One of the most effective ways that I assist students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. In addition, I use Emergent Curriculum to follow the child’s lead in order to create stronger engagement and relationships.
Having travelled to many countries, I can easily adapt to new environments and enjoy immersing myself in the language, lifestyle, and traditions of other countries. I believe that South Korea has a lot to offer in that regard and have taken the initiative to begin learning the language.
