Thank you for taking a look at my profile! My name is Claire . If you are looking for an au pair, then look no further. :) I come from a family of five and I have always loved children. I will be a licensed English teacher this December 2018, and I'm passionate about providing a hopeful, bright future to children through an excellent education. I have work experience as a baby sitter and have volunteered much time working in schools and camps.

Some of my personal interests include hiking through beautiful nature trails, horseback riding, painting, and drawing. Baking is also a favorite of mine! My favorite sports to play are football and soccer. I'm also very Catholic, and I love God with all my heart.

This December 2018, I will graduate from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a degree in English and Education. I have always loved English and teaching is truly a great passion of mine. However, before I become a teacher in America, it is my hope to become an au pair for a caring family in France.
I have studied French for about six years in America and have lived with my French cousins there for about two weeks. When visiting France again two years ago to pray in Lourdes, my heart truly came alive and I knew it wouldn't be long before I returned to your beauty country.

If you are looking for someone to teach English to your children, my degree in English and education will be of great value to you. Through my university, I have one year experience teaching in an American classroom, spending one semester in a middle school and another semester in a high school. I have also taught English in Gaming, Austria, through my study abroad program at my university. Other valuable experiences teaching include when I volunteered at a local preschool in Florida, as well as when I volunteered as a missionary in an elementary school in Arizona.
