I am a young childcare professional with an itch to experience the world. My strength lies in one-on-one connection with children and I have worked with ages 18m to 12 years, with a specialty in the 2-3 range.
I am looking to leave America, and have experience getting visas, having done so as a student when I lived in Italy. I am mainly looking to travel within the EU, as I have the ability to get a passport within the Schengen area in the next few years. I have rudimentary Italian, Spanish, and Latin.
I would love to work with your little one academically. I currently work in a nature-based facility and am a big proponent of learning through play. Young children thrive outside and I’d love to be part of that for your child. I love local history and would nurture that in your child through frequent trips to historical sites.
As stated above, I work primarily with ages two and three. I find this age to be immensely rewarding, and a time when children desperately need one-on-one attention. It is hard to be that age, and I want to be a person they know they can go to when frustrated. I want to foster independence in your child while being a safety net they can always fall back on. We will learn together, and I hope to help your child grow up to be an incredible and strong citizen of this world.
