Job Description:
A respected UAE family is seeking a professional, dedicated, and qualified Native English Tutor/Governess for a full-time, live-in position. The primary role is to create a fully immersive English-speaking environment for our children, focusing on accelerating their conversation skills, correcting accent, and supporting their academic development through structured lessons and daily interactive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 4–5 hours of structured English tutoring daily.
Engage the children in daily educational activities, reading, and conversational practice.
Accompany the children during outdoor activities or family outings to encourage natural language use.
Monitor and support academic progress.
Requirements:
Native English speaker (Irish or British citizenship preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
Certified in TEFL or CELTA.
Prior experience in tutoring or home schooling for children/teenagers.
Must provide a clean Police Clearance Certificate (Garda Vetting for Irish applicants).
Respectful of Middle Eastern cultural values and family privacy.
