Since young adult I have been tutoring kids in mathematics and science, and recently tutoring kids in English communication skills as a foreign language. Throughout my previous tutoring roles, I have developed effective teaching strategies tailored to an individual and their learning styles and needs.

In addition to my tutoring experience I find myself being a ''teacher'' in any business role I have taken. In my previous sales managing job I developed a booklet on a product information and tested new employees by designing specific tests and questioners. This experience has enabled me to create engaging sheets and implement effective teaching strategies, with video presentations, ensuring that my coworkers grasp and retain concepts being thought.

I'm also currently studying acting and assisting an acting teacher in teaching children artistic expression.
I posses excellent communication skills allowing me to effectively interact with any age group. I am able to explain complex concepts in a clear and easily digested manner, and I actively listen to people/student concerns and address them appropriately.
I would describe myself as someone who is bubbly, warm, positive and diplomatic person. I would like to put these characteristics to use within your organization.
