Introduction
My specialties are classical piano and independent learning (i.e. home schooling). I will be able to teach specific subjects in language and humanities, or all subjects for the elementary grades. Above all I can give guidance and provide mentorship for those seeking a broader grounding and outlook than is provided by the typical school curricula. My outlook is cosmopolitan, which is to say, that I appreciate different traditions of culture and thought. I wrote an in-depth study of symphonies by Haydn and edited music by Anton Eberl, a contemporary of Beethoven. I am forever curious about the world, history and nature.
