Au Pair/Nanny job description

We had previously had a full time live-in nanny or au-pair (I am not sure I know what the difference is), but now my children are getting older and only need part time babysitting and some help with the house work, so a LOT of free time for you. we have a lo of pictures in the hi5 websitI would like to find someone who would like the be a part of the family and join in with us doing things. We would like to plan all kinds of weekend activities for fun. our pictures are on hi5 if you search for mkosak without the first m I do not like to be a boss, and don't like to think of this as a 'job'. You are welcome and encouraged to be imaginative and think of fun things for the to do with my girls!! I am extremely busy, as a single father with 2 jobs and that is why I need some help. Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Hello from me and my 3 beautiful little girls. If you want to be part of a family and do fun things then please apply! I had previous full- time aupiar and now my girls are getting older and need much less 'babysitting'. They mainly supervision to get their homework and house work done and make meals and clean up. There is a very easy 'job' and much less than 40 hours 'work' to do. In fact if the house work is done and they keep things clean I dont care if it is only one hour per day. Since I dont need all day work, I am willing to help you continue to college and whatever your goals are in this country. We would like someone who wants to be part of the family and stay long term. My girls get so sad when a babysitter or aupair has to leave. My home and my girls are in my profile pictures link. We live in a country-like setting but very close to the town of Buffalo, NY. My girls are age 12(twins) and my little one is now 9. My home page link has many pictures of us. You have to have the stregth and experience to take charge of 3 little girls and expect them to listen! They are old enough to clean up and help but need supervision. We have a great live-in situation in a nice country-like setting in a gorgeous home. I really have very light requirements, primarily babysitting when I am at work and little house work (normal family stuff). The more you are willing to do to free up my time then the more things we can plan for vacations and weekends! In the summer it will be more full time but during the school year the children are gone all day. You are free and encouraged to pursue other interest outside of that time. We want to do much traveling, and plan fun things, and you would be invited to do everything with us! The more help you can be, to free up my time, the more fun things we will be able to do and the more traveling we can do!! Financial arrangement includeseverythign you need to live and a car if needed and support for school, but I can only afford a modest salary above that. but I can help with school and VISA requirements and also travel.
