Job Description
- Ajudar na higiene pessoal da pessoa cuidada, como tomar banho, escovar os dentes, pentear o cabelo, trocar de roupa, etc.
- Preparar e servir refeições adequadas à pessoa cuidada, levando em conta suas restrições alimentares, alergias, gostos e hábitos
- Administrar medicamentos prescritos pela equipe médica, seguindo as orientações sobre dosagem, horário e forma de administração.
- Estimular a autonomia e a qualidade de vida da pessoa cuidada, incentivando-a a realizar atividades físicas, mentais e lúdicas adequadas ao seu grau de dependência.
- Prestar apoio emocional à pessoa cuidada, ouvindo-a com atenção, compreensão e afeto, e ajudando-a a lidar com as dificuldades decorrentes do envelhecimento ou da doença.
- Manter o ambiente limpo e organizado, realizando tarefas domésticas básicas, como lavar a louça, arrumar a cama, limpar o pó, etc.
