Job Title: Morning-to-Noon or noon - evening Home Care Provider for Elderly with Dementia

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily activities, including personal care routines and mobility support.
2. Administer prescribed medications according to schedule.
3. Create a safe and comfortable environment for the elderly individual.
4. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
5. Perform light housekeeping tasks of her bedroom to maintain a clean living space.
6. Engage in activities promoting cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being.
7. Provide companionship and foster a positive, supportive relationship.
8. Communicate effectively with the individual and their family members.
9. Assist with medical visits

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in caregiving, particularly with dementia patients.
2. Understanding of dementia symptoms and appropriate care techniques.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
4. Reliable transportation to and from the client's home.
5. Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs.
6. Excellent communication skills with both clients and their families.
7. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
