• Feeding patient, assisting and partially help feeding to eat;

• Ambulation and mobility: hip replacement – helping to walk with walker and moving patient with a draw sheet

Exercises at home – assisted walking, chair exercises and resistance bands workouts
• Operating portable oxygen tanks for breathing at home;

• Give injections to prevent blood-clotting post operation;
• Understanding of level 1 dementia;
• Medical power of attorney – ensured regular medical check-ups and appointments were made, assisted patient to doctor and specialist;
• Meal preparation and housework;
• Arranged social outings and invited their friends over for social interaction;
• Played games, puzzles and crafts (cognitive and therapeutic stimulation).
