I am a certified Caregiver with five years of providing home-based care for elderly
patients in the Philippines and until here in Israel.
I took on basic medical care, housekeeping work, accompanied of patients during
doctor’s appointment for check-up, mobility assistance by pushing wheelchair, helping
personal hygiene; bathing, dressing and grooming as well as a range of administrative
assistance. My patients were typically 50-94 years old with a range of health concerns.
As my experience has grown, I have extensive understand of caring and signs that
someone requires a further medical intervention, mental health support and need
attention also someone to talk to, as they are a bottle of loneliness. I am passionate
about giving back to the older generations and I felt that every visit offers me a little
more wisdom and food for thought in return.
A significant proportion of my previous patients were not ambulatory, therefore’ I
develop my skills and strength required, when dealing with patients fall into this
category. A second particular are of expertise working with patients with Dementia and
Alzheimer’s. Treating my patient with dignity start with helping them cope with their
mental as well as their physical challenges.
Furthermore, I am very interested in caregiving services because I want to help
individuals in need of healthcare. I am a honest, devoted, diligent, and professional who
will undoubtedly give you with excellent service and contribute a positive impact to the
patients.
