Urgently seeking a full time or part time travel assistant and or Personal Secretary/ Assistent for a journalist currently living between Holland and the Cote D azur.However, if you are like her also wanting sunshine in the winter this is the moment to become her PA as she soon travels to 2 warm countries and needs a travel assistant;Travels will be among others to Nice, Monaco, frejus,Toulon etc;

The lady who has recovered of some operations is urgently looking for a PA to help her with all of her administrative actions, and also creative:journalistic:media projects. Including letter writing, scanning, phoning, dealing with practical issues,social media, but also creative industry, film ,press, journalism and publishing, music industry etc.

You have to be very handy with the computer, have excellent typing and writing skills in English with the combination of either Dutch or French and either have a trackrecord in the artistic, media, pr or communications, publishing,film domain or have a keen interest. You must be able to contact the press, music industry, filmmakers, publishers as the lady is currently continuing her projects of her documentaries, films, books and training materials.

So besides administrative actions you also will be her right hand and help her to continue her administration and projects. There will be a short try-out period.
There is either an option to work half- or full time.

Salary for full time is somewhere between 1700 and 2300 per month, depending on your experience. Part time is also possible;There is a slight possibility that in the beginning, until you find your own accommodation, you can be accommodated in the house of the lady and her family;
There will be traveling involved to different countries so you'll need to preferably have a drivers license ;

As you are working for a slightly handicapped person you also need to be flexible in working times.You are always free in the mornings for classes etc; The starting date is right away.There is an unpaid short try out directly after the interview in soest,Holland to show your abilities on the computer of 2 to 3 hrs for 1 to 2 days depending of yr skills; And if try out goes well you get a contract right away,either part or full time;References are needed and experience in administrative and or computer work;
