Hello! I am looking for a lifestyle manager / personal assistant who enjoys working in a rather relaxed and non-chaotic environment, someone who is seeking to settle into the position for many years as my family's go-to assistant and build a deep professional relationship with us.

What the job entails:
- Making logistical arrangements regarding travel and sometimes daily life
- Making phone calls and booking things, arranging drivers, flights, accommodation, making payments, organizing plans
- Planning itineraries, activities and logistics together with me and my wife
- Planning, organizing and possibly hosting events, occasionally
- In the future, babysitting children, occasionally
- In the future, handling the logistics of moving to another country

The job is NOT suited for someone who enjoys being in a chaotic, fast-paced, corporate environment. The job is best suited for someone who enjoys slow-paced, relaxed planning and organizing, and thoughtful execution. The working hours and intensities vary greatly, as there are extended seasons when things are faster and the job requires more focus, and seasons when things are slower and quieter. There are seasons, often lasting multiple months, when I am travelling to multiple countries and have more activities to plan and execute. Other times there are seasons where things are relaxed and I am living a slow-paced life in my home country. During those times the assistant can organize weekly activities for me and use the rest of her time for planning and doing research for future travels, and building my leisure network behind the scenes. All and all I think the job will be relaxing and calm, because I like to allow time for planning things, and very rarely anything will be done last-minute. I love to plan things together, so the assistant will be planning things together with me and my wife, and the assistant will execute on the logistics of our plans, making our adventures seamless and smooth. I am not high maintenance, I am highly self-sufficient, so the job of the assistant is not demanding or highly stressful, but the assistant will still serve an important role in my life, as the value she provides is making my daily life and travels and other endeavors seamless and smooth. I am not the kind of person to tell the assistant to "Surprise me" or "Figure it out". I take accountability for always communicating well with the assistant, making sure she knows and understands mine and my wife's needs and wants, and is never left guessing. Our professional relationship will be a collaborative effort, not an oppressive boss-employee relationship. I make sure to treat my assistant with dignity and respect, and make sure she is well provided for and taken care of. Importantly, the assistant will have plenty of time for their own hobbies and life and things they are passionate about, because me and my wife are not high maintenance. But even during the slower seasons the pay will be very desirable.

For the time being, the job can be either live-in or live-out, but if the assistant wants to travel with us, that can be arranged. Later when me and my wife have children, the job will be a fully live-in job.
