Job Description
I’m looking for a trustworthy and organized personal assistant based in Milan to help manage day-to-day needs related to my apartment and general life admin in Italy. Responsibilities include:
• Checking and forwarding mail regularly
• Helping navigate local bureaucracy (e.g. healthcare, insurance, utilities)
• Finding and scheduling appointments with local service providers (e.g. doctors, plumbers, electricians)
• Paying bills and coordinating with property management or the building administrator
• Doing occasional grocery shopping and restocking essentials
• Ensuring the apartment is in good condition, especially while I’m away
• Receiving and coordinating deliveries or repairs
• Translating and reviewing official communications (Italian/English or Spanish)
• General errands and tasks as needed
Fluent Italian and English or Spanish required. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating remotely.
