My name is Olivia and I am 24 years old. I am originally from Poland, but lived in Wales, UK for the past 5 years where I studied forensic science with criminology. During my time at the University I worked as a waitress and got trained as a barista in the artisan coffee shop. I did couple of housesits where I took care of cats and dogs, as well as a workaway where I worked on the off-grid organic fruit and vegetable farm.
After my University I worked for a couple of months for a lady as a personal assistant. I was taking care of her dogs, preparing meals, helping with light household work, shopping, running errands, helping her with the grant application for her organisation, organising her schedule, as well as travelling with her.
I have recently moved back to Poland to explore new possibilities and look for new opportunities.
I love learning new things, I am very open and enthusiastic. I absolutely love cooking and baking and doing it for others brings me a lot of joy. I enjoy going to the farmers markets, researching quality foods and then creating beautiful dishes with them. I cook from scratch and experiment in the kitchen a lot. I like making preserves and foraging. I am passionate about health and wellness. I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. I have a driving license and a car.
I am very well organised, enjoy running errands and getting things sorted. I like to keep my environment tidy and organise it. I enjoy meaningful conversations, listen to people with experience and learning from them.
