Responsibilities:

4. Customer Representative

Responsibilities:
Mainly interacts with a customer on behalf of an organization. We provide information about products, processes, and procedures and respond to customer complaints. We have to answer questions and resolve the issues of customers. The primary task of a BPO CSR is to handle inbound and outbound calls, Chat with customers or clients, and provide them with a solution to their queries. Must show the willingness to learn new things every time.
The primary role of the customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs and concerns.

5. Quality Analyst:

Responsibilities:
Call monitoring and sharing actionable insight. find the area of improvement aligned with key performance metrics. A QA will need to listen to the call and fill up the evaluation form. This listening comes in the form of recorded calls. Working in partnership with the operations leadership an evaluation form, along with the process of disseminating the information to ensure improvements. Reporting is the prime responsibility of a QA team. As a QA you are often asked to prepare multiple reports and analyses based on the audits performed by your team or any other available data. These reports are delivered to the stakeholder in the form of a Microsoft Excel dashboard, PowerPoint, or PDF. Most often this responsibility lies with the QA Supervisor or senior QAs’ however it’s important for all QAs to prepare reports as this helps them as individuals to build their analytical skills.

6. CSAT Analyst:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for measuring customer satisfaction levels with the services provided by the company. Analyze customer feedback and survey data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. They also work with other teams within the company to implement these strategies and monitor their effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of customers.

7. Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Call Center Supervisor is a professional in charge of training motivating and managing team performance. Answer complaints or questions from the staff, and provide support for clients. Assist new employees while monitoring the team’s success. Supervisors are responsible for formulating targets for individuals and teams and ensuring the team is providing excellent service, following rules and procedures to achieve monthly KPI goals.
