I worked as a Michelin Star pastry chef for almost thirteen years before deciding to change careers and become a Family/Personal Assistant. I feel the high level of organization and attention to detail transfers to all categories of hospitality. I’m a hard working and focused individual who works well independently and requires little oversight. I understand the level of confidentiality that is required when working in a such a personal environment. I have managed large homes with ease and am always willing and eager to learn new things and take on new projects.
